This initiative celebrates French cinema, offering everyone—students, film enthusiasts, friends, family, and the broader community—a chance to explore French culture through film in an educational and engaging setting.

Join us for another Alliance Française Cineclub at SAE for:

Alice Guy: 13 courts métrages (13 short films)
Director: Alice Guy

A Program of 13 short films by Alice Guy made between 1898 and 1907. She is the first fiction filmmaker in the history of cinema as well as the first woman to be allowed to direct - an exceptional fact in a profession reserved for men at the time. She pioneered in the role of director, artistic director, screenwriter, and experimented with film tricks and special effects.
